General Care
Use only clean microfiber towels and PPF-safe products. Avoid natural wax, colored wax, harsh chemicals, and abrasives.
Remove Contaminants
Clean insect residue, bird droppings, tree sap, and road dirt immediately to prevent staining.
Washing
Use a pH-neutral car shampoo. Keep pressure washers at least 30 inches (76 cm) away from film edges.
Edge Cleaning
Gently clean buildup with a cotton swab and 75% isopropyl alcohol.
Do Not Use
- Solvent-based cleaners
- Deodorizers or strong degreasers
- Rubbing compounds
- Abrasive cleaning materials
- Colored or natural waxes
- Harsh chemicals
High-speed polishing or machine-polishing equipment may be used only at a lower speed and reduced power.
Before polishing larger areas such as the hood or fender, always test the product and polishing method on a small, inconspicuous section of the bumper.
